Texas is a key growth market for SalesFirst, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help expand our presence in Austin or Dallas.
You'll start in a half-desk recruiting role, focused on sourcing, engaging, and advising sales professionals. As you ramp, the role expands into full-desk recruiting, where you'll run searches, manage client relationships, and own the hiring process from first interview through offer.

Recruit and engage sales talent
Build long-term candidate and client relationships
Execute SalesFirst's recruiting process end to end
Develop market expertise in sales hiring trends and compensation
Manage searches from intake through offer
1+ year of B2B sales or recruiting experience preferred
Organized, coachable, and competitive
Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Based in Dallas, TX, or Austin, TX (or surrounding area)
Year 1 OTE: $55K$90K ($50K base + uncapped commissions/bonuses)
Year 2 OTE: $90K$130K+
Year 3 OTE: $125K$150K+
