Cornerstone Recruiting is looking for an experienced agency recruiter who wants the flexibility of remote work while maintaining access to active job orders, recruiting tools, and a proven recruiting team.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role designed for recruiters who already understand the agency recruiting model and want to maximize their earning potential.

Cornerstone Recruiting has been in business since 2004 and specializes in recruiting within construction, engineering, facilities management, and related industries across the United States. Our firm is headquartered in Forest Hill, Maryland, but our recruiters work searches nationwide.

What This Role Looks Like

This position is ideal for a recruiter who already understands:

• Full-cycle recruiting

• Agency search environments

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting

• Managing multiple searches simultaneously

You will work active searches and help identify top candidates for client opportunities while building long-term talent pipelines.
