A company is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator with HCHB experience required.Key Responsibilities:Schedule home visits for field staff and assist in coordinating patient careCompile daily schedules of clinical staff and assign clinicians to patientsAct as a liaison between field staff, patients, and POD personnel while managing workflow tasksRequired Qualifications:Associate's degree preferredAt least one year of experience in home health preferredAt least one year of experience in a customer service capacityProficient in Microsoft Office suiteMinimum of two years general office experience, including data entry or word processing
