A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks within the Human Resources departmentManage the end-to-end preboarding process and ensure completion of new-hire documentationCoordinate and execute offboarding processes, including exit documentation and system updatesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources support roleExperience with Workday HCM preferred, particularly in onboarding and offboardingWorking knowledge of HR processes, including preboarding and offboardingAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
