The Department of Psychology and Philosophy in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Sam Houston State University invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer to begin in the Fall 2026 semester. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for teaching various experimental courses at the undergraduate level. These courses include but are not limited to research methods, statistics, cognition, learning, physiological, or social psychology. Educational Requirements for the Position Candidates must at least have a Masters degree in Psychology, although a preference will be given for candidates with a Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited University prior to the start date. Candidates must have at least a Masters degree conferred by the start date of the position.
