PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform intake and data sanitization procedures on devices to be recycled and/or disposed of. Schedule and complete regular transportation of equipment to the SHSU Property Office and SHSU satellite locations in The Woodlands and Conroe. Responsible for general organization of department areas, including on-hand stock management and accounting. Assist full-time employees with managing client requests, accounts receivable logistics, and inventory management. Communicate with campus clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging. Other duties as assigned. PREFERRED SKILLS Interpersonal & Communication Skills Accuracy in Data Entry Excellent Organizational Skills Dependability & Initiative Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in team lifts of varying weight. Other Requirements for the Position Must be enrolled in a minimum of six semester hours (in the Spring and/or Fall, respectively) maintaining a minimum SHSU GPA of 2.5.
