Job Responsibilities

You will perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, manages calendars and coordinates reports.

Essential Functions

1. Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents.
2. Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available.
3. Maintain calendar of events, schedules, appointments and take minutes of meetings.
4. Coordinate meeting arrangements such as time, place, attendees, and matter to be discussed.
5. Maintain central library of required documents, handbooks, directives, facility operating procedures, etc.; ensure distribution to designated staff.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Four (4) years clerical or administrative experience including work processing and computer data entry are required.
• Associate degree in business administration, secretarial science or associated field preferred.
• Must type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
