Job Description

Cleveland Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join our fun, energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is eager to support both clinical and front office operations.

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup
• Apply hot and cold therapy packs as directed
• Maintain and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Ensure the clinic remains clean, safe, and welcoming for patients
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient communication
• Perform data entry and general administrative duties
• Support front office operations as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical setting preferred, ideally within a physical or occupational therapy clinic
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
