Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Part-Time Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our nonprofit team at the Senior Center. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, organized, and community-minded. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant and social media management .Key Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasksAnswer phones, greet visitors, provide resource information, accept donations, and issue tax donation receiptsSupport the medical equipment/supplies lending programProcess memberships, collect dues and rents, create key fobs, and give facility toursSchedule programs/events, update Google Calendly, and manage appointment schedulingCreate and post engaging social media content, reply to emails, update the website, and share newsletters/program informationRecruit, schedule, and coordinate volunteersDecorate the facility for seasonal eventsAssist residents with needs within scope of abilityLight cleaning, recycling, and daily hospitality tasks (such as preparing coffee)Help plan and participate in programs/events, including hosting, purchasing supplies, and cleanupServe as an advocate for the Hub at PCSC and our communityQualifications:Minimum 1 year of administrative assistant experienceExperience with social media content creation and postingStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working with seniors and the communityPositive, reliable, and team-oriented attitudeSchedule & Benefits:Part-time 9 AM to 2 PM Monday through FridayMeaningful nonprofit work supporting seniors and the local communityOpportunity to make a direct impact in people's livesIf you're looking for a role where you can combine administrative skills with community service , we'd love to hear from you!
