Job Description: Responsibilities and Requirements - * To lead the quality strategy of mobile products, design test plans, lead QA Engineers, and be responsible for the overall integration accuracy.
* Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
* Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
* Proven experience in API testing, with a strong understanding of RESTful protocol. Proficient in using tools such as Postman/Splunk/Swagger for API validation
* Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
* Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
* Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
* Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
* Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs Qualifications - * Extensive experience in software development and testing
* High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
