RESPONSIBILITIES

-Follow recipes and presentation specifications

-Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

-Strive to exceed guest expectations

-Adhere to all sanit ation and food production codes

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Customer service experience preferred

-Food Handler Certification ( must obtain within 30 days of employment)

-Knowledge of basic math and cash handling procedures

-Flexibility to work nights and weekends

-Must be able to pass a 10 year criminal background check
